Rain
Rain (Real name: Jung Ji-hoon 정지훈, born on 25 June 1982 in Seoul) is a male Korean pop singer, dancer, model, and actor.In April 2006, he was mentioned in the Time magazine website article that named the "100 Most Influential People Who Shape Our World."In 2007, Rain topped Time Magazine's online user poll, although he was not in the magazine's actual list.He also made it into People's 2007 list of the "Most Beautiful People" in the world.

Obviously not everyone thinks he's ugly since he was one of People's "Most Beautiful People"... I think his looks are only a bit above average but he is very charming!
Side note: The fourth picture down, the one with the jean jacket, looks nothing like Bi to me. The jawline, nose and mouth look off. And his left eyelid kind of droops down a bit, but it doesn't in that picture. Are you sure its him???
